Much, much better than the dreaded winterlords ... although it would be funny if they made a return in a gimped, non-exploitable fashion this year.

Perhaps the Winter Lords will fly through the air this year, thus the required jetpack. Perhaps they'll create winter storms or some evil weather phenomenon (ever notice that there's NEVER any inclement weather in Paragon City?).
